To show you how busy my life as a DJ and blogger can be I thought of giving you a nice diary of everything I did in March! I am happy it is April now!

Skins Institute!

I find it very important to have a moment for myself. I always go to the Spa of Skins Instute in Hotel de L’Europe. They have everything there, swimming pool, hair and nail salon, sauna, massages and of course facials! Sometimes I just skip buying a pair of priced shoes and rather treat myself a day in the Spa!

I sometimes make an exception to DJ for a wedding. It is always very personal. I could not refuse the wedding of a special friend of course. Lovely spontaneous photoshoot with Team Wayta at the beautiful AITANA Room Maite Hotel! UPR and the fashion brand Everyday Counts gave me this beautiful nude motor jacket! Now in stores. I love it.

I love very comfortable styling during the week when I don’t have to be over the top glamourous! My white shirt is from COS and is always a must for your wardrobe. The pants are from H&M and they are so relaxed!

The new Coffee Concepts in the Regulierdwarsstraat 4 is already an incrowd hotspot! I DJ’ed at their opening night. I often start my day there. The coffee is delicious and my fav sandwich is the one with Dutch Old Cheese! Yummie!

A friend of mine found at a vintage market (Noordermarket) on monday’s this fashion magazine from way back. And guess who was the #Covergirl?

Meet Miss O

This very special unique soul and friend is going through life fighting and conquering the big C. The way she experience this unexpected life changing and very personal road is something to really follow on her blog. Hopefully it will change your vision on how people deal when something happens like this in one’s life. Odette, you are truly an inspiration for life!

Dance on Tuesdays!

My Tuesday’s are now programmed with dance classes for beginners on hiphop and rnb music. I am thankful that there people who felt the same as I. We want to learn how to dance but we were always intimidated to attend a class. It is getting more and more busy. And maybe I have to schedule another day!

De Indische Salon!

In the special home with residents who are Dutch – Indonesian, a day was organized for those who also have the same background. On this event we were introduced how new generation and the first generation is dealing with online and social media and if the culture is disappearing. It was very interesting and I met the people from Indo’s Be Like. I love them!

Since I was in the residency I visited my Grandmother “Oma Stein” who had her 90th Bday!

Back in Amsterdam!

A lot of fashion and lifestyle events this month. I was invited for the party of TOPSHOP, Opening Night of the 8th edition CinemAsia – the Asian Filmfestival, Store Openings of Summum Woman & Hackett in the PC hooftstraat! I attended DJ Fullscale his Birthday in the Supperclub Amsterdam, said farewell to my friend Pia who went and live with her BF in Canada 🙂 A Glam Bday Bash in the Conservatorium Hotel of friend Rick Rudolph and visited the lovely showroom manager Bradley Miless of SoPR. In between I was also sick of the flu but recovered quickly. This was March and April is going to be even more busy…….. You like my Life?
